LETTER TO EDITOR

Dear Editor

This letter is written by Louis F. Mlecka of Brooksville, Florida, a witness and creator of monitoring the actions of The Florida Bar.

I have proven beyond any reasonable doubt that The Florida Bar is corrupt and obstructs justice.

Everything written here is filed in the records of the Bar (REA 14-1856) or in my website mlecka9.wix.com/flbarmonitor. Other information can be obtained from me upon request.

For years the Bar has said that 95% of the complaints filed against Florida lawyers were dismissed in favor of the lawyer involved and case closed.

When people file a complaint against a Florida lawyer, it is turned over to a lawyer member of the Attorney Consumer Assistance Program known as ACAP. This person is required to investigate, review and make a decision as to merits of the complaint. This reviewer acts as the investigator, judge and jury. One can ask for a review by the ACAP supervisor but it usually ends there.

After reviewing hundreds of complaints submitted to the Bar I found many are not properly investigated nor is the accused lawyer always required to answer the complaint.

This letter gives a witnessed example how the Florida Bar acted corruptly and obstructed justice. There are other similar cases on file.

My personal witness experience began when The Brooksville Woman's Club received a letter from attorney Darryl Johnston dated April 2, 2014 representing James Lee demanding $9,000.00 payment without proof of any authorized service rendered.

This caused the Club President and Treasurer to hire the services of Brooksville lawyer Robert A. Morris to answer the letter immediately and to evict James Lee by May 1,2014 from unauthorized use of the Club's building for which they paid him $750.00. He cashed the check on April 21, 2014 but never performed the service verbally contracted to do.

Mr. Morris later received a fraudulent letter from Adele VanSciver dated April 22, 2014 that indicated she was elected President of the Club as of April 2, 2014 and took office that same day. The Club by-laws, which Mr. Morris had indicates new officers take office in May.

On May 23, 2014 Mr. Morris, without prior investigation, wrote a letter to Cherry Stettin containing fraudulent information, copy submitted with complaint to The Florida Bar and corruptly overlooked.

A multiple address letter of May 4, 2015 to certain Bar members is a summary of this case. It was admission of guilt when they failed to answer. See website to view copy.

On March 3, 2015 Bar counsel William Wilhelm wrote this case will be further reviewed and report made in about 60 days, but after 180 days there has been no response.

Of special interest is a letter from Mr. Arne C. Vanstrum, Associate Director Lawyer Regulations dated October 21, 2014 that proclaims Bar lawyer employees cannot be in violation of Rules regulating The Florida Bar.

The Florida Supreme Court is aware of Florida Bar's corruption and obstruction of justice but has remained silent.

JUSTICE MATTERS - I rest my case.
